MacBook Air: Quibbles with an exquisite design and

The MacBook Air was announced in January 2008. I have a day in and day out since February of this year. Amid rumors of an impending update I couldn't help but question wondering whether Apple of a few excellent, address, if small, problems with an otherwise stellar design.

I have much ad nauseum said, pretty much, I like the air.A lot.I've never used a design so consistently for so lange.Das certificate for its outstanding usability and end-to perfect is alone, Design.Und I've used a lot of laptops over the years.

Now, with fresh speculation about the new design and even photos I thought it would be a good opportunity to offer a wish list minor fixes.

Heat:This is one in each ultra-thin design gegeben.Und let us clear, Hewlett Packard, Dell, either someone else has solved the problem. This means that there is outdoor technologies that can reduce heat issues. And Apple, especially with its design prowess, should able to a cooler ultra-thin laptop engineer. I had times (admittedly quite rare), where the air is simply useless because it gets too hot, slow down the system to a crawl.

Battery life: Again, a challenge for all ultraportable because leaves the design, by definition, little room for a large battery. Apple the best possible battery life for a sub a inch thick design offered probably if the MacBook Air (via a thin and wide battery case) designed a few years ago. I get what I'm doing anywhere from 1.5 hours to four hours, depending on that.But it is usually closer to a few hours than four Stunden.Apple has decided to go with relatively high-performance, low power processors. In other words, for the second generation air, Apple not using Intel's ULV (ultra low voltage) means but went LV processors with Intel's. Does this affect the battery life?Yeah, that and NVIDIA graphics centric chipset.The point: It is now about three years later, Apple can improve the battery life and performance, as evidenced in the newer MacBook Pros.

Price:This is probably the biggest gripe I by others to hear.Yes, it's an elite MacBook.Das ICH.Aber understand most people does see the design but not the Preis.Das next air has to go as low as $699 but Apple could at least make the design more accessible to MacBook Durchschnittsverbrauchern.Viele see it simply as an expensive MacBook without contradiction simply to bring into line an optical Laufwerk.Ein.
